Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 12:14PM Now that Christmas is over, I’m getting in the swing of things. In the last several months I lost about twenty-five pounds or so but twenty pounds have been put back on.
I hate the holidays. I have no sentimentality toward them but everyone else I know does. There is no short supply of food. It’s colder, which makes it harder for me to go outside to my exercise building to burn off the weight.
Starting TODAY I’m cutting my calories and carb intake. I have tons of Christmas candy left but I can’t eat any of it. Anybody out there want any?
