In the last several months I lost about twenty-five pounds or so but twenty pounds have been put back on.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I <strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">hate</span></em></strong> the holidays. I have no sentimentality toward them but everyone else I know does. There is no short supply of food. It&#8217;s colder, which makes it harder for me to go outside to my exercise building to burn off the weight.</p>
<p>Starting TODAY I&#8217;m cutting my calories and carb intake. I have tons of Christmas candy left but I can&#8217;t eat any of it. Anybody out there want any?</p>
