Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode Of Star Trek "Profit And Lace"

If you don’t recall, Profit And Lace is the Deep Space Nine episode where Quark was given a temporary sex change procedure as a plot device. Your comfort level with this concept may vary - it certainly did among our cast. It’s a shame, too, because up to that point it had the framework of a potentially cool story, cause all of us pretty well dig DS9’s efforts to world-build the Ferengi.

WARNING: Explicit language

From the minds that brought you Superhero Time, the internet’s most offensive podcast about children’s TV shows, comes That One Episode of Star Trek. Because even when tokusatsu stops being fun, we can always rip Star Trek a new one.

Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode Of Star Trek "Ship In A Bottle"

As we close out our month of Holodeck misadventures, we watch Ship In A Bottle from season six of TNG. And while the story itself is plenty entertaining, maybe the best part is the enhanced special effects in the remastered version of the planetary collision happening in the background!

Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode Of Star Trek "Fistful Of Datas"

This week’s holodeck misadventure crosses over with our ongoing series of “boy, that episode sure sounded like a better idea than it turned out!” Fistful Of Datas is an episode with interesting concepts that seem to not have quite made the jump to actual execution. But thanks to that you can hear us talk about circumcising cheese whiz. Seriously.

Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode Of Star Trek's Month Of Hell "Tsunkatse"

Mandatory cross promotion of other network shows strikes again, as a Voyager plot is sloppily constructed around the idea of, “Hey, let’s put The Rock in an episode of Voyager!” This is Tsunkatse, part 3 of The Month of Hell.

Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode Of Star Trek "The Magnificent Ferengi"

It’s the most Ferengi action possible in 42 minutes in Deep Space Nine’s The Magnificent Ferengi. And we only take about twice as long to talk about it!
