A South American Transformers brand document leaked this week, showing that Transformers Beast Hunters is Transformers Prime season three. It also shows Generations running through the 30th anniversary in 2014. On this September 13, 2012 Radio Free Cybertron, Brian Kilby, Exvee and Rob Clay also cover a yellow Encore Devastator from Takara and the new Charticon in Charlotte. Exvee and JD Church run the TFormers.com News Desk, and Transformers Rewind takes on Carnage in C-Minor. Amy Morgan reviews three comics and the Rescue Bots season finale.

Caliber Optimus Prime and Bumblebee Statues
Big Bad Toy Store is taking preorders for Caliber’s movie Optimus Prime and Bumblebee statues, with LEDs, rubber tires and swappable parts. They cost $1,400 for the 20-inch Optimus and $1,200 for the 14-inch Bumblebee. One host suggests waiting a few years for markdowns. [Source: Big Bad Toy Store]
New Rescue Bots Medix and Hoist Revealed
Kmart.com showed two new Rescue Bots toys, Medix the Doc-Bot and Hoist the Tow-Bot. Some stores have cut the $12 Rescue Bots shelf space, so the new figures may reassure fans. Both hosts find the distribution bizarre. [Source: Kmart.com]
TFCC Subscription Figure Gets a Chrome Matrix
Before preorders closed, the Transformers Collectors Club showed its subscription figure holding a chrome Matrix, like Big Convoy’s. The caption calls it the Beast-era body for G1 Ultra Magnus. One host finds that a cheap choice and misses the days of all-new BotCon characters. The other notes collectors can call it whatever they like on the shelf. [Source: Transformers Collectors Club]
Fans Want It Teases a Jetpack for Leader Optimus Prime
Third party Fans Want It teased a Jetfire-style jetpack for the Revenge of the Fallen leader Optimus Prime. The hosts think a version for the Voyager would sell better, since that leader can already combine with Jetfire. [Source: ACToys.net]

Brand Document Shows Beast Hunters Is Prime Season Three
A leaked South American Transformers brand document details Hasbro’s plans for the next few years. Hasbro’s Beast Hunters trademark, once Beast Machines’ working title, is Prime season three with a beast-hunting theme. Brian hopes it brings nicer toys, and calls the first-edition Prime Starscream amazing. The slides also show Generations or something like it running through 2014 for the 30th anniversary. The crew debates whether Universe was a Generations precursor, and calls the “aligned continuity” more a set of guidelines than a real continuity. [Source: not found]
Charticon Coming to Charlotte in 2013
A new fan convention, Charticon, comes to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2013, with a Sharkticon mascot. Brian notes it’s about an hour from him. [Source: not found]
Takara Plans a Yellow Encore Devastator
Per Robot Kingdom, Takara will reissue the Encore Devastator in yellow, possibly with a new head. One host expects a later orange version, which he’d prefer. Another calls the Constructicons one of his least favorite combiners. [Source: Robot Kingdom]
Transformers Rewind: Carnage in C-Minor
Galvatron and Soundwave chase the Eurythmans’ destructive harmony across space, and the Autobots bring alien help back to save Metroplex. The crew calls it the worst Transformers episode ever, bad to hear and to see. Problems include the sing-song dialogue that Blaster and Soundwave translate line by line, and wildly off-model animation. Broadside also falls on Devastator in aircraft carrier mode.
Comic News with Amy Morgan
The Fall of Cybertron digital tie-in has three issues out on Comixology at $1 each. IDW forum members at Baltimore Comic Con report that Robots in Disguise #15 will end its first arc and bring back a long-absent character. John Barber discussed the Prime Dinobots with Ain’t It Cool News. Transformers Multiverse, a successor to Transformers Mosaic, launches in a week.
Regeneration One #83 shows how Earth fell. Megatron taunts the Wreckers and Optimus Prime into action, and Amy loves Prime getting off his duff. She gives it 3 of 5 and expects more from #85. Robots in Disguise #9 has Ironhide surviving the crazed Dinobots and learning the Aerialbots’ fate, while Bumblebee manipulates Blurr. Amy praises John Barber’s use of continuity and gives it a 4. The More Than Meets the Eye Annual by James Roberts takes the Lost Light to the Crystal City and makes Ultra Magnus smile. She calls the story a complete package but rates it a 4 because the art doesn’t work for her.
Rescue Bots: It’s a Bot Time and Bot to the Future
Amy and her co-host review the two-part season one finale. A time machine sends the kids and bots back to Dr. Morocco’s era, and Optimus Prime and Bumblebee follow to help. Leaving Dither behind creates a Morocco-ruled future, and the team has to fix it. They praise Tim Curry’s Morocco and note the bots’ secret is now out to Frankie and Doc Greene.
