JT Prime’s supply chain leak maps 2022 Transformers Legacy store exclusives, from Walgreens Minerva and Walmart’s Velocitron line to a Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus. HasLab Victory Saber passes 9,000 backers far faster than Unicron, and Spider Bob’s Dallas Fan Expo photos show its true size.
Studio Series 2022 adds core class Spike and the Fallen, and Black Zarak moves to Selects. The haul is packed with Kingdom Mirage, Earth-mode Sideswipe, Road Rage and Titan class Ark.

Prototype Photos of HasLab Victory Saber from Dallas Fan Expo
Patron Spider Bob photographed the Victory Saber prototype at Dallas Fan Expo next to a 12-ounce can of Sprite for scale. One host finds it taller than he expected, though not as tall as the G1 toy. The crew estimates it stands about as tall as Jetfire. One host likes the top-down shot, an angle fans had not seen. [Source: TFRadio]
HasLab Victory Saber passed 9,000 backers after a Chris Sabat livestream, far faster than Unicron’s roughly 17 weeks. One host suspects HasLab projects grow from ideas that cannot fit a retail price point. One host says Star Saber has been attempted for years, and HasLab may be the last route. The CAD renders now show color and a shield on the Super V-Star, hinting at the third tier. The crew warns production colors may not match. Don argues stretch goals should excite fence-sitters, and a stand does not. Others suggest Micromasters, a Jean figure or a booklet. One host says he did not back it for the stretch goals and is still excited. [Source: Hasbro Pulse]
JT Prime Leaks 2022 Store Exclusives
JT Prime shared supply chain information for upcoming store exclusives. Walgreens gets a deluxe Minerva, likely retooled from a new Alita One mold. Target gets two red card deluxes and a Masterpiece Movie Blackout. Walmart’s Velocitron line includes Burnout, Road Rocket, Blur, Clampdown, Cosmos, Override, Road Hauler and leader Black Convoy. The crew guesses Burnout reuses Skids and Override retools Hot Rod. R.E.D. adds G1 Galvatron, Shockwave, Thundercracker, Cliffjumper and Transformers: Prime figures. Beast Wars reissues include Terrorsaur, Tarantulas, Cybershark and Kanine. Hasbro Pulse gets Shattered Glass Wheeljack, Soundwave, Blaster and a leader Ultra Magnus, likely in Diaclone colors. Studio Series and Selects for 2022
Chris walks through the rest of the leak. Studio Series 86 adds a core class Spike, while Bumblebee movie deluxes bring Brawn, Arcee, Ironhide and Ratchet. A Last Knight Hot Rod and an Arcee repack are listed, which baffles the crew. Voyagers include Bumblebee movie Soundwave, a Junkheap retool of Wreck-Gar, a Thundercracker and Age of Extinction Galvatron. Leaders bring Coronation Starscream, Sludge and the Fallen. In Selects, Black Zarak moves to spring 2022, joined by Clampdown, Armada Cyclonus, Lift Ticket, DK-3 and an unknown Guard. A core class Skullgrin also appears in the retail list. [Source: not found]
What We Got This Week
Chris got Kingdom Road Rage early from Toy Dojo, but it is no better than Trax, down to the same swapped tail fins. He also got the Tricranius Fossilizer set, whose gummy blast effect parts worry him. The Mirage and Rung Grimlock two-pack has a reworked upper half, though his Mirage’s back end won’t line up. Earth-mode Sideswipe looks great, and he is happy to have Maximal Skywarp on the Airazor mold.
Matt finally got Titan class Ark, with Mainframe, on his birthday. He likes it a lot despite the weird thumbs and ranks it with Omega Supreme. Trax looks good, but the clear plastic backpack terrifies him. He won the QC lottery on Kingdom Mirage and Sideswipe, and wants a red Mirage with the toy head. He also got a third Studio Series Scourge to serve as a Sweep, and another Studio Series 86 Wreck-Gar for a motorcycle.
Rob also got the Mirage and Rung Grimlock two-pack and had the same trouble lining up Mirage’s back end. The hex socket on the back will not take five millimeter pegs, and Grimlock is still in the box.
Don got R.E.D. Starscream in place of his canceled Coronation Starscream preorder, plus a hefty R.E.D. Bumblebee. A Pop Culture Shock Bumblebee statue was $15 at GameStop, and Soundwave and Grimlock were $23 each in the Hasbro sale. He also got a second Trax, one to keep boxed and one to give Michael McConaughey at a future convention. He also got Cyberverse Cheetor for $13.87 and the Mirage and Grimlock two-pack.
Diecast got an Optimus Prime Geeki Tiki and the Tricranius set, though he is done with blast effects. He also got a DNA Design upgrade kit for Earthrise Ultra Magnus. Earthrise Red Alert came back on Hasbro Pulse in time, and Entertainment Earth sent War for Cybertron pins with his Ark. He also got Earth-mode Sideswipe, which he jokes is proof Siege was worthless.
Brian found eight Tiger Electronics G2 handheld games at $3 each for Halloween or Toys for Tots. He also got both Tricranius sets, still sealed. Consignment sales turned up a Transformers: Prime 3D book, two Rescue Bots 3D books and a tub of Kre-O kits. He also got Revenge of the Fallen for PS3 for $2.
