Walmart’s shrink-wrapped deluxe two-packs are back for Black Friday. Two years ago, each pack cost the same as one deluxe, about $25, and the crew guesses $28 to $30 this time. Many packs clear out Legacy United Wave 5, which most Walmart stores never stocked. Pairings include Cosmos with Armada Universe Wheeljack, Cybertron mode Bumblebee with G2 Breakdown, and Devastation Optimus Prime with Studio Series 86 Bumblebee. One pack is literally two Bumblebees, Reactivate and Studio Series 86. Returning packs include Elita-1 with Tarantulas, and Knock Out with Dead End. Legacy Breakdown and Titan Nemesis Reissues Announced

Hasbro is reissuing Legacy Breakdown in his regular colors and the Titan class Decepticon Nemesis. The original Breakdown sells for $125 to $200 on the secondary market. The reissues arrive around early summer, with Breakdown at the new deluxe price of about $27 to $28. Power of the Primes Titan Predaking Reissue Incoming

The Power of the Primes Titan Predaking is also getting a reissue, likely around $200. One host predicted this when the T-Spark Predaking price was announced. One outline for “Chaos” differs substantially from the finished episode, and its working title was “Mayhem.” Some pages are marked final and credited to Flint Dille. New in-hand images show Age of the Primes Big Convoy is a small Leader class toy. It stands slightly shorter than Kingdom Optimus Primal in robot mode. Brian canceled his preorder as he rethinks his collection around vintage toys. One host who loves Big Convoy is disappointed in it, and another is canceling it to pay for extra Combaticons. Target has a Transformers holiday box with a mug, crew socks, boot socks and a beanie. Chris only added it because he figured Brian would buy it. John

John had nothing new this week, but he shared an update on his G1 carded cassette two-pack. He sent it to CGA for grading, and the invoice came to $180, including the case and return shipping. Another host said grading his 40th anniversary Optimus Prime cost around $225 to $250 after a surprise return shipping charge.

Chris

Chris had nothing in Transformers this week.

Diecast

Thanks to Don, Diecast bought a Super7 Transformers figure in VHS-style packaging for $13, and he may never open it. From the Hasbro Pulse sale, he got the Legends-size concept art Frenzy from the Bumblebee movie. He also caved on the Legends Dinoking because it looks so good in the box. He is torn between a DNA Design upgrade kit and keeping it sealed.

Don

After Rob posted the deal, Don got the Super7 ReAction prototype-colors Arcee for $2.99. It arrived with the card torn nearly in half, though still unpunched. He also completed his Magic Square Masterpiece Combaticons with Blast Off from Show-Z Store, well below domestic prices. Blast Off uses a cartoon-style painted visor with blank eyes, and his hands are nearly the size of a wireless mouse. Don is still upset that Magic Square canceled Blast Off’s gun. He also dislikes that the cartoon-accurate Bruticus look requires a separate upgrade kit.

Brian

Brian got a Telemocha Beast Convoy from Mandarake, but DHL crushed the box. Mandarake now wants photos of the shipping box, which Brian already recycled. He also added a boxed Universe Unicron, the Toys “R” Us release, bringing him to six boxed Unicrons. Last, he picked up Red Geist from Brave, the Deathsaurus repaint.
